My salesman, Grant and my finance manager Andrew were outstanding. There was no pressure involved, they were very direct forward and extremely helpful.

If the appointment time is over, say 30-60 minutes late then there should be a notification that they are running late. I was advised when I went to drop the car off for an oil change, it would be backed up a “couple of hours” , which in fact it was. That’s the longest I ever had to wait for an appointment to change oil
