It’s a standard dealership, nothing special, no above and beyond services and no perceived expectation of excellence. Some of the individuals that work for Corwin Toyota are another story. Some have a real desire and ambition for what they do, others are just going with the flow, doing the bare minimum or status quo. Real hit or miss with each visit, always find I have to ask for specific individuals over others

First and most importantly, Big Jim was fantastic. We have worked with him for over 10 years and have bought/leased a total of six vehicles with him, and he continues to be the reason we come back. He helped me find exactly the 4Runner I wanted and made replacing my totaled Bronco as easy and stress-free as it possibly could have been. He is professional, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused — and he is the reason this deal happened. We also had a great experience with everyone else involved in the process. The accessory department was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job helping guide me through options and add-ons without pressure. The finance team was amazing as well — efficient, clear, and easy to work with. Overall, everyone who assisted us in making this decision was helpful, patient, and professional, even bringing me three vehicles to look at in freezing weather.
Out of all the dealerships I tried this one was definitely the most efficient. We didn’t have to wait too long and they were attentive to our needs.
