First time Lexus owner and I was shocked at how pleasant and accommodating the Steven’s Creek Lexus service center was when I came in for an emergency service. Justin was very professional and made me feel like I was in good hands (I was!).

First time I actually enjoyed buying a car. Yesenia Lopez and Carlos Toscano were very helpful, they took time to find what actually I wanted and kept always in communication. The purchase was without pressure and no push on buying X or Y thing. They worked on what I actually wanted and needed. The transition was transparent and clear, with all the paperwork provided at the moment and no hidden numbers. Definitely my next purchase will be another Lexus from here.

Gary was very informative about the dealership’s pre-owned vehicle inventory and provided detailed information on specific models, which helped my wife and me make the best decision for our needs. He was also very patient with our five-year-old daughter, who was with us the entire time, and even gifted her a Lexus-branded stuffed bunny at the end of our visit.

This is a very busy dealership, there are lots of vehicles on the lot. There was a good deal for the loaner vehicle which I purchased. The sales person was pleasant to work with, and sales was smooth and efficient.
