James was one of the most straight forward salesmen I’ve dealt with in my life from the first call to the end. Was direct with negotiating the car and out the door pricing. When I saw the car, there were a few scratches that were not on initial pictures. James said he’ll take care of it and even make sure they will take care of it after the fact if there’s still issues, hopefully he’ll pick up my call when I call him, but he’s been honest from the beginning of this process. Would recommend him again!
