I have been a customer of Darcars Lexus of Englewood for many, many years. Yesterday while I was in the Englewood Hospital parking lot, my car’s battery stopped working. I began to panic as my wife and I had dinner arrangements in Manhattan to get to. I called Darcars Lexus and spoke to Claudio Claro. He was AMAZING! He personally came to our rescue and was able to get our battery to work. We drove to the Darcars Lexus service (where we always have our regular services performed). In less than 40 minutes, a new battery was installed in our 2012 RX350! Everyone, as always, treated us so well at Darcars. We were incredibly grateful to Claudio for helping us so quickly!!

Have been coming for many years. Service is consistently excellent. There are closer Lexus service shops to our home but Englewood Lexus is worth the trouble.
