I don’t normally write reviews because I never have time, but let me say this, I had the BEST experience ever! From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership, I was greeted with a smile and kind words. My Salesman, Louis Bottone was and is, AMAZING! He went above and beyond to help me! I forget his manager’s name, but he was also kind. I was able to get the suv of my choice, but what really touched me is that I felt welcomed, treated with care and respect. After receiving sooo many no’s from dealerships, I RECEIVED A YES FROM LESTER GLENN! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

Mike Hawkes and his service department team are outstanding. Not only did they go the extra mile to fix an issue with a used car purchased from the dealership (not a GMC), but the level of communication, attention to detail and timeliness were amazingly good. Thank you.

I was working with Jeanne who was a very pleasant woman; she kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle at every step of the way. When my vehicle was done she walked me out to be sure I found where my car was parked. Very happy with the service I received.
