We’ve been car shopping for months, always walked away feeling very apprehensive to take the next step. Although we meant some nice dealers, I feel like Hugo was very real and relatable. Most of all, he was not pushy. His calm and laid back manner made it easy to make the decision without feeling pressured, and without feeling like we needed to “play the game.” The entire team was helpful. Halfway through paperwork we asked about changing one thing, and we didn’t need to make a case, they just said no problem. The car was priced to sell, they were even willing to show us what was actually being made on it without us asking. We new we were not being taken advantage of.
