Service was quick and easy. The team was helpful and communicative. Logan did a great job making things seamless.
Excellent customer service within reasonable time ( In and out). Sam Azar real good person understands repeated customers needs and expectations. Today my inspection service was done all on time. Just my bad luck is car wash always broke at the dealership and was told stop by next week for free car wash. No one gets back and no time either just for that. So I recommend that needs to be improved. This happens to me all the time. Other than that service was well communicated and received messages also on time for my service schedule today. Our sales person Alvaro, was excellent. He knew the vehicle inside and out. This is our second purchase from this dealership.
Sam is great to work with. He goes out his way to make sure everything is taken care of. The dealership is very clean and nice. The people are friendly.
Service was good. Was advised I needed a wheel alignment and was shown the readout from the alignment machine. Probably could have done without it but I took there advice and had it done. Little disappointed in the time it took. I was there 2 1/2 hours. Overall good quality service.
