We brought our Nissan in due to a recall notice. Not happy about a recall so soon after we bought our certified pre-owned car. That said, our service rep Frank was very friendly and helpful. He kept us informed throughout the process. We also had new tires on as they were due to be replaced. Frank made the long process less stressful.
