This is the first new (to me) car I’ve purchased in my adult life. I knew I was going to buy either a Landcruiser or Lexus GX-550. I walked in off the street and Leonard was paired as my salesperson. Leonard was excellent at: knowledge of the vehicle itself, organic sales Prescence and purchase process knowledge. Regarding knowledge of the vehicle itself, I arrived in as an educated buyer. I had several esoteric questions about the 4-cylinder hybrid engine, several of the digital features, among other questions which were important to have answered to solidify my decision to buy the car. Leaonard answered each question thoughtfully and with flying colors. He was engaged, present, and affable. My fiancé and left Lakeside with a good feeling. It took three weeks for my fiancé to schedule the Lexus test drive. During that period, Leonard followed up in a very patient yet persistent but not demanding manner. This organic style of communication is highly desired; no one wants to be pushed to make a big decision. In my experience, customers want to feel like they are highly in control. When we ultimately made the decision to go with Toyota instead of the Lexus, Leaonard was excellent at sailing us through that process also. Always responsive, tracked down questions as needed, etc. etc. We will be buying a highlander in the coming years and look forward to buying it through him. Way to go Leonard! After reviewing the list of available used vehicles online, I found a great opportunity and submitted an inquiry the next morning. The salesperson, Leonard, called me on his way to work to acknowledge my inquiry, then called me again shortly after arriving to let me know the vehicle was still available. A few hours later we arrived at the dealership and worked with Karl to do a test drive and Jessie on the purchase. All three were very nice individuals and treated me and my wife well. We didn't have to wait long to do paperwork and eventually drive away!
