I was working with a girl by the name of Amanda which was very pleasant to work with, but final decision came from Claudia. I was offered to put $1500 down and $130 a week payments they wanted to place me in a RUSTED Ford Escape. Claudia stated that with a larger downpayment she can do better. I told her for that I would have my daughter co-sign. Her response was “WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT, YOU WOULD JUST RUIN HER CREDIT” 😡, WHAT??? How professional is that statement? Never is my 46 years have i been so offended. Why would she assume i would ruin my daughters credit, because my was so negatively impacted by a huge situation Claudia is not aware of. She made me feel humiliated and embarrassed.

Claudia was awesome she help get us in the right vehical told us what was wrong and how they help she dealt with us as if we were family and us worked with us and with what we could send at the time but we would tell ppl about her and send who ever we could their way......
