Process was straight and to the point which I appreciate. Would definitely return for future purchases.
Bought two cars from here. Happy with the deal I made but the finance dept. just wouldn't take no for an answer about the warranties and addons. I asked nicely to just skip the upsell but no, they did it anyway. Wasted 30 mins of my time to let me know that rocks and garbage are out to ruin my car. I know dealerships do this but I hated wasting time. Little annoyed about an inspection sticker, far didn't have one, I asked for it, their shop was closed and they told me to come back tomorrow. When I reached out they said I had to pay for it. On a new car. For real? 48k car, but I have to take more time and money to get it legal. So, more of my time wasted. I'm still overall happy with the car. My salesman was great, I'll probably seek him out when my kids want a new ride.
Very good service as always. Have been going to the dealership since 2012 and the service managers have always been friendly. The technical people behind the scenes are phenomenal!
Had a great experience which set clear expectations and allowed me to make specific decisions on what services I deemed necessary at the time.
