This place is amazing to get your car fix, Oscar is a great person which a lot of knowledge, I want to say thank you so much Oscar for been very helpful and caring, honest with me

Oscar Canales is a pleasure to work with and is a genuine professional. He has always been very helpful in getting my car serviced. He is smart and a genuine asset to Koons. I bring my car to Koons because of Oscar and his superb work in having my car serviced. I am very grateful for his help.

They always do a good job, make me feel valued, go above and beyond and are excellent at whst they do.

Staff, work, and efficiency was very good. However, I was not clear why the video of my car was sent. I could hear talking in the background, but no comment that was understandable abut the car. The recommended servicing in the text was "hidden amongst a small "docs" icon. I just found it. The receipt did not have a copy of those recommendation to use for future visits. .

I really appreciated the pick up option. I’ve been using Rota a bunch because they have this option, so it’s good to see you all following suit. i also really appreciated the work you did to get me a rental car even though I didn’t request one previous to the appointment. That really saved me. Perhaps an item for the dealership to work on, I noticed the same wheel bearing sound when I drove off the lot, albeit at a lower volume. It would be nice to get an explanation about what you all did to test the bearing noise and how bad or good each bearing is. Right now, I’m kind of operating in the dark. I know you all replaced 2, but I don’t know how bad the other two are. Is there a way to give the customer “bearing rating” similar to tires or brakes? You’d think that with such an important part, Toyota would offer a way to measure it other than guessing at a sound or having a wheel fall off mid-drive. There was an alignment print out in the front seat with no explanation. Some items were in red and I have no idea what they mean. It seemed to be a pretty technically readout. Was this the read out before or after you all did the alignment? What do the readings mean? Lastly, other dealerships take pictures of your car showing their work as they inspect and include them in the document they send the customer. Suggest you do the same.
