Purchase a car September 2025, paid full price. Within 1 hr the check engine light comes on. Brought car to an auto shop. The oxygen sensor needed to be replaced. Contact Bleskin told them what happened, sent them the bill for reimbursement. Comment I received “You bought a used car” the issue happened within the hour of purchase! You would think , assume they would do the right thing and pay for the repair! Very disappointing and heartbreaking that they would not do the right thing. Now we’re having problems with the suspension. This is not good business!!!
Salesman was not good to deal with and the dealership raised the price of the vehicle $3k before calling back with an offer
Just stop by to See what they had in there inventory and ended up trading our vehicle in for a truck and a great loan deal.
My experience was not good and I wouldn't go back. The check engine light came on the day after I bought it and cost me hundreds of dollars. Bleskin mixed up paperwork which created significant delays in processing my car purchase. The first mistake - they asked me to get a document notarized claiming the truck I sold them had 20k less miles on it. They also advertised my old truck on the Internet with 20k less miles then when I sold it to them. I called them out on the error and they fixed it but this created a lengthy delay in the payoff resulting in me having to make car payments on the new truck and my old truck simultaneously. They were not very apologetic about their mistakes. Later they refused to send the title paperwork into the DMV for my new truck. They claimed they were having issues with some document from the truck I sold them from my old bank and refused to allow me to get a new license plate on my new truck until they had their issues figured out. This made no sense because I owned the new truck for more than a month and was making payments on the new truck. Essentially they tried to hold me hostage on registering my new truck because of their paperwork issues on a separate old truck. This is spiteful and not professional. This issue is still unresolved and apparently I cannot license my new truck until Bleskin becomes professional.
I found a car that fit my needs. Service was fine. I wish I'd looked at Blue Book price before we signed. We were told we were going to be given a "screaming" deal, but there was no deal. By comparing other dealers and blue book prices, we should have negotiated a better price.
