Poor communication went I was need it and never thought will be like that hard

Mark was a great salesman, friendly, polite, and honest. Comfortable, no pressure sales. Finance guy did a very nice job of explaining everything. Good price. Very good car (Van) buying experience . I would go back to buy from again and would recomend Bedrock Motors to others looking for a vehicle as well.

Using Cars.com we searched for a vehicle for my wife. Bedrock Motors had a car we were interested in. When I called to see if the car was still available Mark was very friendly and answered all my questions. When we arrived he was there waiting for us. He handed us the keys and said take it for a test drive. There was no pressure to buy. The building was very neat and clean. Everyone was very friendly. When we decided to buy There was a very nice lounge area where we only waited a short time for the business manager. He explained everything in detail and made us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend them and will definitely return the next time we are looking for a car.
