I went in looking at a used vehicle and worked with Blake, who is very professional courteous, and after some calculations and discussing, it was in my best interest to go with the vehicle that was brand new. The payments would be less in the vehicle would have a better warranty and I appreciate Blakes honesty in that department. Bought used truck. It had barely passable tires on it. They would not put new tires or even budge on price. They said"it has tires on it"! No big deal. I made the decision to buy it.What really bothered me was when they delivered vehicle, they only gave me one key FOB. I contacted them and they said they were looking for the other one. They kept giving me the runaround saying they are still looking. It's been several weeks. They are not looking. Paid full asking price for a truck with bald tires and only one key FOB. Key Fobs are extremely expensive. That and the tires combined, I would have not purchased the truck at that price. They should make good on that key fob. I'm not happy at all

Everything was super straightforward and easy. My purchase was smooth, and painless. Anastasia was the individual that started, fostered, and closed my deal, from the beginning to the end. Every step along the way she was nothing short of absolutely phenomenal. She went the extra mile when needed, provided an abundance of information and most importantly brought a unique energy to my car buying experience that I truly did appreciate.

I brought my Jeep in for a simple oil change. Despite waiting on-site, the service took nearly 90 minutes. I was told the engine and cabin air filters needed replacement and a tire rotation was recommended, but I received no inspection report or meaningful overview of the vehicle’s condition. My vehicle was also over a year overdue for state inspection, which no one noticed or mentioned. I acknowledged the air filter recommendation and replaced it myself. When I did, I found a significant amount of acorns and debris in the airbox—clearly visible during service but never disclosed. I documented this with photos. I contacted the dealership via their website, hand-delivered written complaints to management, and escalated to ownership. Months later, no one has responded. Based on repeated issues and complete lack of follow-through, I cannot recommend this dealership.

I purchased a vehicle last week and had a great experience. It was very relaxed, no pushiness and Jake was excellent at finding me exactly what I wanted. It was the first time a dealer was not pushy and met my budget. It was my last stop, sick of looking at cars, and glad I did stop. The best part, they registered, delivered my new car with a FULL tank of gas! Never happened like that in CT.
