Quick turn around on a 1:30 appointment. Service rep was courteous and check in was easy.
We were treated very well by the dealership and especially the salesman, I'Shaun Casey. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the outcome of an agreed repair of a ding on the hood. My expectation was higher than the result.

Service department was great. It took a couple of trips to figure out what was wrong, but they’ve got me back on the road. Chris (at the service desk) could not have been more courteous.
It was easy to schedule the service and the follow-through was very good. The communication was also excellent. I'm almost always impressed with the service at Joseph Buick/GMC.
