What Others Say

I purchased a vehicle from the Jeep dealership in Woodbridge, Virginia, in August 2023. Since then, I've relocated to Maryland and have visited my local Jeep dealership for service from time to time. Although I can’t quite put my finger on it, the atmosphere at the Maryland location often makes me feel inclined to drive back to Virginia for my services when I can. However, due to convenience and timing, I recently scheduled an oil change at the dealership here in Bel Air, MD. I pulled into the quick oil change lane and into the garage, where a friendly employee greeted me, took my keys, and directed me to Kiosk #2 for assistance. As I waited, I placed my purse and laptop on the small counter when a man sat down and asked what service I needed. I informed him I was there for an oil change, and he immediately commented that he didn't have my paperwork, then started assisting another customer. Feeling frustrated, I moved my belongings and stood at Kiosk #1, wondering why I had just been dismissed. Shortly after, the gentleman who took my keys handed my paperwork to the man at Kiosk #2, who then began entering my information. I asked why he had initially turned me away, and he responded that the customer he was assisting had a 3 PM appointment for an oil change. I informed him that I also had a 3 PM appointment and questioned why the other customer's appointment seemed to take precedence over mine. He explained the pull-in protocol, but it was clear he hadn’t paid attention to the process I had already followed. Instead of assisting me, he chose to be dismissive and rude. After a tense back-and-forth, I informed him that I no longer wanted him handling my service. He then handed my paperwork to the employee at Kiosk #1, who remained impressively professional despite the situation. Unfortunately, my experience at this dealership was ruined by the rude behavior of the employee, Keith Capps.

I had first thought I had a good experience here but after trading in the car I purchased from Jones I had questions about canceling the GAP insurance I purchased for a refund. Since the Jones website doesn't list anyone's email address I reached out directly to my sales person who gave me a point of contact and after contacting that person via email 3 times I reached back out to my sales person and asked for another person as I wasn't getting a reply. At this point my sales person turned and stated how much money they lost on my trade and guess what we purchased a second car from them the day after and pointed out how much money they lost on that trade as well which has nothing to do with my gap cancel. I responded with you offered what you offered for the trade and this has nothing to do with my gap cancel almost made me feel like how dare I ask for a refund for the gap because they didn't make as much money as they wanted on my trades. We purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and a brand new Nissan Finder both together totaled over 100k but he wants to point out my trades 6 months after the sale and use that against me when trying to cancel a product purchased. I first had good things to say about Josh in sales but after this I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

I purchased my 2023 Ram 2500 Laramie from Jones Chrysler in Bel Air MD. Deb was my sales person, She was very knowledgeable in the product, helpful & made the whole process go smoothly. I would definitely by from Jones again.

Gary in the service department at Jones is the best. He always takes his time to explain what needs to be done to our Jeep right away. Quick appointments available with him. Pleasure to deal with him.

On July 20th, I inquired online to test drive a Ram 1500 and 5 minutes later I got a call from Dan and he set me up with Greg Swick. I got off late from work and Dan and Greg were so accommodating. We arrived at the dealership at 8pm and they had the truck ready for us, washed and ready for viewing. Greg answered all the questions we had about the truck. They gave us a good amount on our trade-in and no haggle on the price of the truck. Greg even took the time to preset the new radio to my previous presets. Chris in Financing is great to work with. He was straight forward and very helpful. 10/10 recommend this dealership.

Great experience!! The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Jones had the most inventory around, too! I will definitely recommend them to my friends!!
