Bought a f150 there thirty days ago. It pasted there inspection with no oil in the rear axle or transmission. It been in my local mechanic for two weeks now. The sales manager is not personal either. He is worried about his job then a costumer

Sylvia was on her A game. She kept me informed of every move they made, new discoveries and progress. They had me out the door a touch after noon time.

Horrible. Gage called to schedule my hood replacement. I called right back. Put on hold over and over. Husband had extra time called and got ahold of receptionist who then transferred ro make appointment. She said she even notated loaner. Fast forward. Come in today- lady can't find appointment. I'm left just standing in the garage. She then calls someone since I won't leave. The guy on the phone says it's coyle not Colton (someone can not spell correctly . We've been here twice before) So now here comes gage (name badge) walking out of the office eating a donut not very well put together.. . Embarrassing. Then he says I didn't make this appointment. It's wrong. We go round and round. Because his and the lady in service can't ever return a call or answer a call, we were transfered from receptionist and made the appointment that way. He (gage) says it's looks like it's online. That's all he keeps saying. I eventually give up. Knowing I'm not getting to keep my appointment because all mighty gage did n9t set the appointment. So he called body shop and got a new day a few weeks out.. go figure. Then I show him a video since the last time he said he fixed out back up camera. After the video he said we never replaced it. I'm losing my mind at this point. I said when you guys calibrated it from when the coyote hit us you were suppose to and you said the second time we brought it back for it. You said you already did it. Now you didn't. Then he tells me we've never calibrated your vehicle. Oh my lord! Please help me not lose my mind! Incompetent! Shameful. Then I request all service records .. he gives me the first time when the calibration was completed and the software for camera was completed... skipped the service for the second back up camera trip. And I asked for the appointment m Print out for today. He didn't give that either. So here I am. I hope this finds someone. I sure hope you read all this and end up going else where. I will be driving farther for service. Manhattan has Incompetent employees who are so careless... this is my appointment and loaner note
