Came in and traded a clapped out piece of crap for a new car. Everybody there was super friendly and helpful without being pushy.
After a disastrous visit about 3 months at the Genesis showroom, we just left,, I gave it a second shot and was referred to Olivia by Rene, went in to the Wallace Chevy showroom on Sunday July 27th, met with Olivia, William and the sales Manager, forgot his Name but the Whole team was AMAZING, and I drove out with two cars in about 2 and a half hours, I will recommend Olivia to anyone who crosses my path, Wallace Rocks!
Met Josh Heflin at the door, told him my wants and he had the knowledge of the cars that would fit my needs
I've never been treated with that level of service. Im very happy with Wallace Chevy. They're very honest people, unlike Arrigo Dealer, who's a bunch of liars just looking to make a sale. With those people from Arrigo they destroyed my finances.
Very good morning I met Pat my salesman in the lot and found a truck I liked we went inside and after 30 minutes made a deal I was happy with . I will definitely be back.
Everything was amazing and went smoothly. Easy as could be and the salesman was incredible
