The fellow who met me when I drove into the shop called me by name, then met me at the counter, came to get me from the waiting lounge, and took my payment when done.
This is no reflection on Jenny, but I had to pay my $100 deductible twice cuz it took 2 visits to fix the same problem & that is xxxxxxxxx!!!
