When I began searching for a vehicle, I narrowed my choices down to two cars, one of them being the Infiniti QX50 Sensory. While researching online, the Infiniti dealership in Bethesda came up, and since I was already nearby, I decided to stop in. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly by everyone. I let the receptionist know I was interested in test driving a vehicle, and the General Manager, Rasean, happened to be walking by and personally introduced me to my salesperson, Stephen Lall. I made it very clear that I did not want to feel pressured, as I was still in the decision-making process. Stephen completely respected that. We went for a test drive, and I shared that I really liked the vehicle. He asked if I was interested in purchasing that day, and I explained that I planned to test drive another car before making my final decision. I did return briefly for a minor detail, and Eric in the service department was very helpful and took the time to review everything again to ensure I was satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised when Milad took the lead in my purchase of a fairly new, but used Infiniti. He understood my concerns, my budget and my angst. He was able to make happen what seemed to be turning into an arduous situation. Malik, as well helped me to understand the mechanics of the car since it had been 20 years since I purchased a car; and the mechanics have vastly changed. They were pleasant, kind and efficient.
