Everyone was pleasant and professional. The service department gave quick Communication was transparent. I will return for future service.
Bryan and Stacey made the whole double car buying experience enjoyable. Give them both a raise so that they won't leave you. (That comment was not solicited by them.) Top notch guys! Seriously, they took a situation that I did not think would work and made it work. I will be back in a few years to trade the two cars in for something else.

Absolute Best Service I've ever received at a dealership service department at my most recent appointment! Great communication and assistance with everything along the way. Been going to Jim Butler since the early 2000's and have never regretted it.
Friendly people. Very accommodating sales staff and service providers. Only problem is after more than two weeks I’m still waiting for my title and paperwork. If there is a problem I wish someone would let me know.
Everything was good, fixed in a reasonable amount of time, kept in communication about the issues and what needed to be done and when it would be done
