Ah, what a delightful phone call with the service department at Victory! I barely got through mentioning I wanted to check to see if a couple Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) were covered under my bumper to bumper extended warranty they sold me. When the rep assured me TSBs aren’t covered under warranty—without even asking what the problem was. Impressive, right? Their psychic abilities must save so much time; why bother with pesky details like symptoms, VIN, or even asking which TSBs I was talking about when you can just know? It’s refreshing to deal with a dealership so confident in dismissing concerns without any actual investigation. Who needs facts or effort when you’ve got that kind of intuition? I’ll definitely call again the next time I need my concerns ignored in record time. Bravo, Victory Dodge, bravo! Five stars for efficiency, zero for customer service.
Look at all the hotrible revuews ...need I say more? Run away from this place....been trying to get vehicle serviced since November of 2023.....ridiculous.....about time someone looks into this incapable dealership!
We left our truck for repairs soon after purchased. Six days later and it's still not done. Every day they say it will be done tomorrow. We have called several times yesterday and no one will answer. We have left messages and they haven't called back. If it wasn't under warranty, I would take it somewhere else.
The salesman was very friendly & has checked with me to see if I have found me a car even though I didn't purchase one with him.
Where do I even begin? We drove a jeep here today, and it started smoking so badly during our test drive we had to make an emergency exit. Even after that, we found a second car on their lot, when we got in and turned it on, the A/C started screaming, we decided to look past it. We wrote everything up, then the GSM Daniel states, came to talk to us, we asked him about getting a bit of money off the car we were purchasing, as we hadn’t gotten a dime off list price, and the first car almost caught on fire mid test drive. He got up, stormed off, and told us he refused to sell us the car and ripped up all of our paper work in front of us. It was the most appalling outburst I’ve ever seen in my life. All because we asked about getting some money off the list price. This man in no way should be a store manager, I wouldn’t feel safe going here as a woman by yourself with this man “running the place”
I would definitely think twice before purchasing your vehicle or even getting it serviced here. We needed another car...had no intention of buying until our car broke down. The thing is, we received great service when we got our car above and beyond. They even put more money into the car before we left the dealership. It was told to us with evidence that the everything was top notch. Transmission included. Two weeks later we are having issues with our car and it isnt driveable. We had to get our car towed from our house to the dealership ( with money we did not have). They checked the car saying they didn't have the tools to service our VW. If no tools, how did you all fully service the car from the beginning? Now, its almost two weeks no word from them about anything. They wont even give us a loaner! I can't work. We have daycare cost. They don't care! I'm telling everyone i know never to come here.
