Best buying experience ever hands down! I am a tough critique and not one to take the time to fill out surveys.....but doing so here is my pleasure. I cannot say enough good about Jon and the Roby experience overall. There were no silly games or unnecessary pressure. I wasn't talked into to staying on the lot for hours when I wanted to go see another car I was interested in. And when I called back to discuss purchasing their vehicle, we talked like two normal people and worked through an acceptable offer. That was it...easy, simple, professional, reasonable. And when I identified one minor issue with the car two days later, they took care of the problem at no cost to me. I will be a repeat customer and I highly recommend Roby to anyone considering purchasing a car from their lot. Good peeps!

I visited Roby cars today with my father. My father was looking at a Ford truck the day before. My father is 80 years old. Josh Roby is a high class professional. Josh insisted that my father bring me (his son) to assist in the selection to make sure the vehicle is the correct one for my father. There is no other car dealer that would have insisted on this. I recently purchased my dream car from Roby, and obviously it had some issues as it has been around the block. All issues were minor, but there were several. Prior to the sale, they resolved several of them and had the vehicle ready for pick-up. Several other issues presented themselves shortly after purchase, and at all times Roby was willing to have the vehicle brought in for review of the issues. Most recently, an issue with the brakes arose, and we were able to diagnose the problem, and Roby was even willing to work with me on the pricing and location of the parts. Quite honestly, when these issues came about, I thought I had made a terrible mistake, however, Roby Cars has proved me wrong every step of the way. I would definitely buy from them again, and for those in the market for used luxury cars, Roby is where you need to take yourself. Great selection of well maintained used luxury cars, great staff and great body shop. I've owned quite a few BMW's over the years, and the work they have done on my M3 is as good, if not better than the work I've had done by the dealerships in the past. A+++.

My wife and I purchased a used Mazda from this dealership and we are extremely happy with the purchase. From the moment we stepped into the dealership we were made to feel at home. We were treated very well and very fairly. I even got a great hello from Lucy ( the owner dog) whom was very friendly and really a great dog. Everyone was very helpful, up front and honest with us.
