Kept my car for a whole day and kept on delaying fixing the cheap stuff and trying to push expensive stuff onto me. Ended up with a big labor bill for diagnosis. How hard is it to give me $30 worth of service? Kept on delaying it and trying to get me to pay for the $800 service as well.

Stay away from any "GM Certified Used Cars" at this place. They scammed my friend into buying a worthless 2002 Suburban Z71 that was pieced together from other vehicles. The title should have said "Salvage", and it didn't. Almost a year later and we are still filing complaint forms with the DMV, making trips to the NYS Attorney General's Office and writing to news agencies. Stay away.
