Well where to start Jack mcnerney i loved going and doing business till i delt with shady Steve in services he is a God dam joke!!! Stay far from this place be lucky if they can do oil change right 75 bucks for that and con u and miss lead u all around went in and told them had wear on both tires in rear did all test because was in accident befor i bought truck from dealer in syracuse that lied about car fax they were right about the accident on car fax but steve went and told my warranty place like i was in accident so funny the tires i have don't have any wear on befor new ones so accident before had nothing to do with wear on new tires so never trust them make sure u bring lube for this place is full of con crap dont ever trust this place ever $528.00 for xxxx work or shady work & lies on top of lies!! want to thank u for teaching me to never do business with ur place ever i will be turning u into better business bureau its one thing to screw u over then do things like this con man steve! I bought a used vehicle, back window leaked on my pickup, they knew this. Never fixed! I dealt with Mr Jim Adams (awe mr shucks) he sold me on a 3k that was supposedly bumper to bumper. Till I took it to the shop and low and behold corrosion is not covered. Out of my own pocket, these guy’s will promise you something and not stand behind it. Go to Syracuse, Binghamton, Elmira. Stay away, they will never get another nickel from me. Thoroughly disgusted, disappointed. If I could give them no stars for customer service I would! Dale Scriber

Awful. Didn’t take my wife seriously when she had 10k on hand ready to buy. They told her they would call her back after checking with their manager. They never called her back. Which worked out great we ended up buying a much nicer car cheaper from Billy Wittakes.

Knowing these guys, I can tell you they will do whatever it takes to help you out. Give them a call and you'll understand what I'm talking about.

I recently purchased (cash transaction) a used Rav4 from Dan McNerney. Compared to other models in my area, this vehicle was priced the lowest, To make a long story short, McNerney's inspected and sold me this vehicle with a ripped rear wiper and four dry-rotted tires, which they refuse to acknowledge. I'm no tire expert, so didn't know until another mechanic pointed it out to me. Now I know why locals stay away from this dealership.
