What Others Say

Want honor there warranty or even call you back most useless company ive ever had dealings with, do not use this company!!!!

Good stuff: service is very curious and on time. Bad stuff : took my 2015 in for transmission service and get the recall on my air bag fixed. I got half way home and the back hatch back started beeping. Tailgate will not lift up automatically. It unmatched but no power. Called the service and now I have to bring it back in. Hope this goes well.

Had a deal ready to go and was called before heading over that the GM sold the car to his friend but didn't tell anyone. Sales guy Robert sent us videos and pictures. He was really nice and helpful that was the only good thing until being blindsided. We had an appraisal for our trade. Too bad the GM didn't tell anyone. We won't be back.

Took Titan truck in for regular servicing. Current manager is a nightmare. VERY RUDE!! Refuses to honor service agreement. They have lost a great customer.

Helped niece buy certified pre-owned lifetime warranty vehicle from Patterson. Transmission out for 4th time. No help with towing or loaner. Worst car experience ever!

Purchased 2018 Murano Platinum. Drove home and the next day just riding down the highway the muffler burns through the bumper. Took vehicle back and the service department kept it for a week and decided I was at fault. After refusing to pay out of pocket dealership decided to repair. Repair was a blotched job and now it is back with the dealership and going to the body shop this time, or so we were told. I was presented with a option to upgrade to make this right plus increase my payment. What a joke. I purchased a vehicle 3wks ago and have driven it twice. This has been the worst experience but it has been a lesson learned. Not a single referral will be made but this experience will be shared.
