A refund is due me from my 12/3/24 car purchase which I have been trying for months to receive. They have confirmed that the refund is due me but I can’t seem to get my money. Apparently the managers don’t answer their phones and they won’t return my calls. I am frustrated and extremely disappointed. I am not a happy customer.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Service Department at INFINITI of Charlotte in Matthews, NC. Within three weeks of taking my car in for service, my car antenna was broken twice. Each time, the dealership failed to perform a visual inspection before returning the car to me, leaving me to discover the damage myself. The first incident required me to drive back to the dealership to get the antenna replaced. Despite replacing it with a new one, they did not provide any explanation as to how the damage occurred or what actions would take place to prevent it from happening again. I spoke with Chris James, the sales manager, expressing my frustration that no one noticed the damage before returning the car to me. The second time it happened, I once again had to find out the antenna was broken on my own. It took them 8 days to get a new antenna and I had to call them to get status updates. Antwan (from the service department) called me once to provide an update, but it was after I had called earlier in the week to get the status. I also reached out to Daniel Wissinger, the Service Department Director, and he failed to contact me. This repeated oversight is unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to detail, customer care and leaves one wondering what else they overlooking when servicing your vehicle. I am in the market for a new car and due to these incidents and the lack of communication, I will NOT consider purchasing another Infinity. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and will be reconsidering my options for future car maintenance.
I had a great experience with this company. I inquired about a vehicle with J O (Jennifer). She immediately sent me a personalized video showing the vehicle and its features. Whe. I arrived the vehicle was parked up front and ready for a test drive. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. J O thank you for the fantastic experience. I highly recommend!!
Just make sure you ask all the questions at the scheduling time because the schedule lady is not a good worker. She doesn’t help you and she hang up the call on you after your car is there for service.
Welcoming, well appointed. Sales team knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. Service quality was excellent. Would recommend this dealership to family and friends.
