Chuck found a vehicle with all the features I wanted and priced the vehicle fairly so that I wasn't charged for things I didn't want, which was greatly appreciated. I would have liked more updates during the exchange/transport process, which took about 10 days. Day of purchase service was excellent from Chris, Hwe Vin, and John, and I left a happy customer with a great car.
Overall decent experience - I liked my service manager Bryan Webster a lot. Good guy to work with

The Rockville BMW service team is excellent. From the point of scheduling with Jonathan B and dropping the car off to picking the serviced car, everything is well coordinated. The initial overview and repair man’s record are also excellent and detailed. The repair and related charges are transparent and well communicated in advance, and the service reliable. The service representative, Nelson, communicated throughout the repair process. He explained clearly what was and wasn’t covered by our extended service coverage. The whole process was re-assuring.
