Jennifer is fantastic !! I go through her always with no problems. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to explain all issues of concerns with in-depth detail. She recommends what you NEED and not just fluff.
Received prompt and courteous as soon as I entered the service drive. Service writer brought a technician out ro diagnose problem. Did not have the part but got it ordered and installed next day. Very happy with services provided.
I've purchased 7 or 8 new cars in last 40 years and none of them had the level of after the sale service like Bellevue Honda. There service department is awesome!

Jennifer was such a nice person. I really appreciate how she shared a solution to warranty compresor and condensor, to keep costs low for me by creating two seperate tickets. Instead of just making one claim that would have invalidated. Jennifer was so nice that I look forward in going to Honda in Bellevue.
