Purchased used BMW. Service department fixed a serious problem that could have cost $1000’s.

As a car shopping senior citizen I found Rafael to be respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. Because of my schedule conflict I returned to the dealership a day later for a “tutorial” with my new car. A pleasant car shopping experience!!!! Also a really nice car!!!

Very impressed with their quick response contacting me after my car was dropped off after being towed there. Zachary informed me that I needed a new battery & quickly proceeded to switch out my old one. I was able to pick up my car shortly after! Great service!
