Oscar was very unprofessional. There was communication in the beginning then he went quiet. I really think that he needs to be retrained in his job because quite frankly he lied about a bunch of xxxx.
Siempre me a gustado el trato que brindan solo un pequeño inconveniente con la manager de servicio que fue grocers ala hora que me atendió para luego terminar accediendo a la petición que yo habÃa pedido de lo demás no hay queja solo del en un curso de servicio al cliente para que aprenda a tratar a las personas
Very helpful with problems that arrive, also quick on getting parts ordered to complete service
Had to come back 2days. Multiple False ETAs. Got The Job Done BUT We Lost 1 Day Of our vacation. We were supposed to be out by 10, then noon, then 2, then 3, finally out at 330. They got the job done and were nice but the false ETAs were frustrating.
Oscar was great. He really helped get us in and out quickly since we were short on time. Great service.
Great service. Very helpful. Fast oil , in and out. I would recommend for people to come and service their vehicle here.
