Oscar was quick to help us as soon as we pulled into service center. Shelby usually is our go to tech. But she was on vacation. Oscar was gracious enough to help us.
Very hospitable and professional Very knowledgeable to my situation and made me feel I was in capable hands to get the work completed!
Mr Escobedo was very professional and very nice, not pushy and proceeded in a timely manner
Fiyinfoluwa Adeyeye was very attentive and helpful. He was very nice and polite. He answered all my questions.
Great service but expensive prices. Service advisor Mr Oscar was very helpful and tried to help but the price to change a battery for 400$ is way too much
Always a pleasure to work with the staff at this location even though it's a long drive to Kia east. I always return because of the customer service , empathy and consideration of the staff at this location.
