The service area was clean and comfortable. Plenty of refreshments. The staff were professional and engaging. Overall experience was good.

I found a slightly better priced...same model, year, trim.. everything. However, I had a higher trust level with Michael and also the sales manager. I have pretty decent instincts being around this business. And these are the type of personalities and in general, the type of honesty that I like to deal with; sometimes it's hard to tell, but my experience with the staff, including F&I, was good. Could they have come down another $500? Well, it's hard to tell, but I think we're pretty close and that's all I expect, a fair deal where everybody's getting what they want. I needed a new car and you needed to get rid of a 2025. I'll be sending people there. Hey, that's worth one of those Kia jackets that I saw in the showroom!??
Very satisfied with our salesman and financing lady! Very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Led us step by step. No pressure, pleasure to communicate and work with. We came to see a pre owned vehicle but ended up with the new one, which we completely satisfied with. Thank you for the service, would definitely recommend the dealer.
Service was great and fast. They provided all the details upfront and super convenient to see what was required in the service details.
Good, efficient It was pleasant and they were quite efficient even though they were packed. It was a little difficult to get in and out with how many cars were currently at the place.
