One of the frustrations of owning a car is the tiny issues, like oil changes or dead headlight bulbs: these should be simple to handle, but they often end up taking way too much time and expanding into lengthy or pricey maintenance visits. Fortunately, as I've seen many times with Chris and Adam at HPFL, they look at things from the customer's viewpoint, and keep maintenance quick and reasonable, in proportion to the task. It's such a big relief, and lets me get on with my life with nary a speed bump.
