They did what they said they would do in the amount of time they said it would take. Also provided a vehicle while our vehicle was being worked on.
The service was excellent! However, I called three times before I could schedule. Left a message and did not get a return call.☎️
Alex made our experience easy & a great pleasure while being professional. 1st time ever buying & never felt harassed or pressured. Shottenkirk has always been polite and respectful to me each time I have visited them
The Service Team were friendly and knowledgeable. Keri greeted me and kept me updated on the service. She texted me about two extra things that needed to be taken care of, but before I finished responding to the text, she came in to personally explain things to me. The service was quick - about 50minutes total and the waiting room was comfortable supplied with plenty of seating and complimentary coffee.
Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional, spent as much time with us as needed answering all our questions. From the showroom to the service department.
