Jeff took his time and explained what he thought was the cause of my car leaving fluid on my garage floor. At this time the could not find any issue with car. He told me to watch to see if there was any more leakage and if there were to bring the car back in and they would need to take it probably for the day and do further investigation. Service was on time and polite.
The service was slow today. Unusual. Waited 2.5 hours for routine oil change etc and 2 minor issues to be looked at. I understand they are short staffed. It would be helpful if someone came to the waiting area with updates.
Helpful , polite, communicative , very professional , Jeffrey made me aware of the issues with my vehicle and the cost!!
