Peyton my salesman was very helpful, bassim did my paperwork and made it very easy.
I very much appreciated, this time, the communication and updates and proactive work of Phil. He was able to coordinate the securing of parts, then when i brought my car in, was able to proactively find me a loaner car while they kept my car, kept me updated as to the progress on the car, allowed me to pick up the car when I needed to after the work was done, detailed the car wonderfully and kept it indoors so I could pick it up in pristine condition. He was able to get both doors fixed. Phil presented well advocated for a loaner car and for warranty kept communication.

Phil IS Heiser to me. He remembers EVERYTHING about my repairs. He quickly analyses the problems, and he ALWAYS returns my calls or texts. He is excellent
It was fine The service was fine. Seems like excessive time needed to be able to diagnose additional issue that I have with my sunroof.
Car was not repaired after the work was done and I was told that he tested it. I had to go to another dealer
