Adrien is an asset to the company. He is knowledgeable and courteous making sure his clients are completely satisfied. The only criticism of my last experience was the tech who did my oil change did not out the correct viscosity oil in the crankcase. Given the circumstances surrounding the 6.2 motor, I feel this is of premier importance and am wondering if I need to actually watch the tech refill the oil on my next service. Great experience other than that.
