This was our first time using this service and it was an absolute success. We’re very happy we chose Southern Ford.
Mr. Johnson has proven to be a great replacement for Mr. C.. He really has a handle on his customers' needs and requirements concerning services required. I have the Harley Davidson 2012 F-150, the last great collaboration between Ford and Harley for a true truck collectors' vehicle. Ford and Harley Davidson really need to make up and get these Iconic creations back into play, ASAP.
I like Southern Ford. They are thorough in giving information when dealing with customers. Restrooms are very clean.
Stephanie Spangler is incredibly helpful. She arranged transportation for me to and from my appointment to have the work done on my car. She efficiently checked my vehicle into the service area and kept me informed concerning the status of the work being performed on my automobile.
Kevin is an outstanding service advisor. I commend him for his customer service skills and overall personality. When an issue arose, Kevin stepped up and took care of it. I hope we can have Kevin as our advisor every time we visit.
