Stephanie makes my visit to Southern Ford easy and enjoyable. She makes sure all of my car issues are taken care of at that time. I only work and deal with her when I come into the dealership.

I appreciate the service completed, We had to commit to a repair over a holiday weekend. With no loaner cars available and my wife still having to go to work, we were stuck spending $600 for a rental car. My gripe is with ford. Seriously. Build a more reliable vehicle.
