The truck was returned after 4 months for the same issue. Was quite unhappy with Corwin Ford after the first attempt but decided to try one more time. This was for a now well known issue with the 3.5 Ecoboost engine. Long story short I was now dealing with Ashton, a different service rep. The level of service was excellent and my planned ‘visit’ with the service manager wasn’t needed. I will definitely return to Corwin Ford and ask for Ashton for my truck service as long as I own the vehicle. Not happy with Ford quality anymore but that’s a different issue.

Corwin Ford was spot on with the appointment. Ethan gave me his mobile number to make an appointment if I had trouble with company number.

Bryan was wonderful to work with! Him and Donny were both great! I would recommend Bryan without hesitation!

I'd say good. Though pricy but fair. Jeff has been pretty stellar to deal with, only a minor complaint but he gets 5 stars in my book thus far. Keep him lol.

5 Kayla is amazing! She is reliable and trustworthy. If she says she's gonna get something done, she does it. She values my time and lets me know right away or as soon as she can. She goes the extra mile! She really cares about her customers! She's also extremely knowledgeable! She explains things well that I can understand. She is the reason I come to Corwin!
