No wait to get started Rebecca was very professional and informative and willing to explain answers to my questions Excellent total time of 1.5 hours for inspection and oil change and tire rotation Nice waiting area and drinks available and clean restroom ONLY change I'd consider is in the 'old days' we left with our car vacuumed out also so it looked like the day we drove it off the lot??
