We purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 in early August 2023. The entire "team" we worked with in purchasing our vehicle was quite simply outstanding! Our initial contact was with Sales Associate Chuck Heinen... Chuck was the perfect fit for us as his demeanor and sales approach were what we were hoping for - he was not pushy or in a rush to sell us the car, he was patient and let the "car" sell itself but Chuck was there to answer every question we had about the vehicle. We also worked with Ben Holthaus the Sales Manager to complete the financials and payment for the vehicle - he was courtesy and respectful and made the process simple and easy. Finally we also worked with the Ted Walter the General Manager who took the time to meet with us and to make sure that we were not only happy with the purchase of our new vehicle but happy with the service we received.
