What Others Say

Fast service, very accommodating regarding the timing of drop Off and pick up. My go to dealer

Everyone at this dealership, from sales to service, are friendly, professional and genuinely want to help you.

My experience with Schultz Ford has been nothing but great - Jimmy and the service department are super helpful and on top of everything - Roger, my salesman, was very helpful and understood what I was looking for with my new lease. I cant say enough nice things about this dealership, They are all great.

I've purchased 2 vehicles at Schultz Ford in West Haverstraw during the past year. Kevin Derosa is an excellent sales agent who makes sure the purchasing experience is stress free. He covers all the bases.

Jimmy and the Schultz Ford service team are courteous and professional. They are knowledgeable and answer any questions I may have. I trust them to take great care of my Ford. A nice car wash after servicing would add the finishing touches to my experience and would earn the dealership a 5-star rating.

The people at Schultz Ford are always courteous and eager to help. To bump up to five stars, i would like a clean car. My vehicle usually comes out of service dirtier than when it went in. Hand prints, grease, etc. i recently got new tires and grey goop was slung all over my new expensive sidewalls. I wonder why they dont send u home looking spiffy. When i got home i checked my new tire pressures and some were off by 10 psi. One of them would not register a pressure and i discovered the stem valve core was broken. How did they air it up that way? Must have happened when they removed the air hose? I enjoy diy so i learned how to fix it and i’m happy. Im sure they would have fixed it for me, i just didn’t want to spend the time driving there and waiting all over again. Great people, i recommend. Also, the coffee in the waiting area is quite good, including fresh milk.
