BE AWARE! I bought a used Ford F350 diesel truck from Chris Clark and before I got home the cruise control stopped working, the 4-wheel drive stopped working and a check engine light came on. I took the truck in to my local Ford dealer and was told it would cost $6800 to fix immediate problem. The biggest issues were the vehicle had blown by and that the engine would need to be replaced. When I told Chris Clark at GWSF about it and I wanted them to take the truck back because there was no way they couldn't have known about most of these issues he told me that if I wanted a vehicle with no problems, I should have bought a new vehicle! I have since then read many other bad reviews and would never purchase a used diesel from them. This seems to be a common theme among diesel purchases from Glenwood Springs Ford. They clearly don't care about their customers, just the almighty dollar! They give used car dealers a bad name!

I am so impressed with this dealership and the internet sales manager Chris! They exceeded our expectations and were honest and trustworthy. I have never in my life had a better experience at dealership. Thank you for making my husband's truck dreams come true and being such an amazing team!

We purchased a vehicle a year ago to pull a travel trailer we purchased we decided to purchase a little bigger one but the truck we had was not rated to pull the one we had purchased. We went back to purchase another one from Gummi we purchased our last one from him. I spoke with him on the phone and explained what happened with our purchase and he suggested a vehicle that he had that he thought would fit our needs and explained that it was at a great price. We went and looked at the vehicle and we weren't sure it was what we wanted. He showed us many vehicles and explained everything to us and spent a lot of time with us and let us test drive some nice vehicles let us talk things over and never pressured us to purchase anything. Needless to say we ended up purchasing the vehicle he suggested in the first place. We purchased it took it home went to start it a couple days later and it wouldn't start called Gummi he advised me to bring it to him and he would put a new battery in it for us. I can't believe that happened they truly do stand behind their code of the West. Everyone was very patient and accommodating to us . I purchased a used 2002 Ford F-350 in December of 2016 from Glenwood Ford. The truck had high mileage on it but the service Dept had inspected the vehicle and said everything was good to go. Immediately after purchase the vehicles developed a oil leak. I took the vehicle in to have the oil leak fixed and $8700 and 5 weeks later my truck was out of the Glenwood springs service Dept. Apparently their first Inspection of the vehicle was not very thorough. The truck has now been back to the shop 3 times in less than a year. The latest oil leak was going to cost me $7000 to fix. I asked the dealership to give me a fair trade in price for the vehicle and I would purchase a newer model f-350 from them. The truck has been at the dealership since July and they just called to tell me the work is complete to put the vehicle back together and that I need to pay an additional $378 to get it out of the shop. No trade in value, nothing from the sales Dept. Do not trust this dealership as they use the old bait and switch methods used car dealerships are known for.

Again I have to say this dealership has exceeded all expectations of customer service. The staff at Glenwood Springs Ford in Glenwood Springs Colorado, is by far the most professional that I have ever had the opportunity to do business with. This dealership has set the bar very high, I've visited other dealerships in the area and they can't compare. I will recommend everyone I know to this dealership.
