The inside of this newly-remodeled dealership is beautiful. This dealership is close to my home which made it convenient. They made a personal appointment to help me buy/ trade-in my car to buy a new one. The only thing I did not like is the wait time it took once I knew which car I wanted to buy. At the time I was there Friday at 2:00 pm it was not busy and I waited for the negotiator guy to speak to me, then waiting to sign final papers, then waiting to have the car ready, washed to drive it off…3-1/2 hours later!!! This transaction could have been completed in 2 hours seriously! The sales guy Andrew was not pushy and very new to his job. My suggestion for this dealership is to not waste people’s time having them wait around to buy a car!
