I want to complement Galles on the quality of the employees they hire. Matthew was my service advisor for my 2025 Equinox. He is very personable and calm and listened to my complaint that the driver side window wouldn't go up and down. He immediately assigned the task to a mechanic who found that it needed a part. Matthew ordered the part and when it arrived he called me to let me know. I just came back from there after having the new part installed.
