On April 5th, I was looking at prices for the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition online and saw that there were two of these available at Future Ford of Clovis. I went to the Future Ford of Clovis website and saw that Future Ford of Clovis was advertising a Future Ford discount of $15,600 and $16,600 on these two vehicles. The prices advertised were $41,635 and $41,430. I went to the dealership and saw both vehicles on the lot and I asked to verify the price. The sales person had me talk to the finance manager, who told me that he could not honor those advertised prices. He referred me to the MSRP prices of $60,235 and $61,030. This was not the advertised price and to add insult to injury, two hours later they increased the prices to $73,630 and $72,835. This is fraudulent and there is California Code protecting consumers from these sales tactics. Reports have been filed with the FTC and the BBB. Be extremely careful, if you choose to do business with this dealership.
I purchased a used 2017 f350. I love this truck!! Everyone else loves it. Very happy with my purchase. Future ford is my fordstore.
This is our first and last ford vehicle. And we cringe just having to walk into the dealership. First off, the salesman was an incredible liar, just like most sales people. But we needed a car and the explorer met our requirements. We opted for the service maintenance plan when we were told that all services bumper to bumper were covered under this plan (lie #2). the explorer was a "certified vehicle" which means everything should work properly, and that it had gone through extensive inspections and services to qualify. However, when we got home the heated seats didn't work. the dealership explained they weren't covered. So after a call to ford motor corp, we got a call from future explaining they would cover the repair. next was a scheduled oil change (covered under the service plan we purchased). They tried hitting us with $1100 in repairs for basic services. They explained that if a service is needed before the manufactures schedule, then they are not covered. Doesn't really make sense. So another call to ford motor corp, only to find out from the rep that the service plan we purchased was intended this way. So kind of a scam if you think about it. Ex. the manufactures maint schedule says the trans fluid, cooling system, etc should be serviced at 100k miles. But the dealership says it needs to be done, just randomly during a 45k mile oil change, it's not covered. But if you don't do it, it voids the service plan. How's that sound? My best advice: stay away from this dealership! And probably stay away from ford vehicles. They kinda suck.
I bought my car (2016 Madza C3) at the beginning of 2020 for $14k out the door. One year later, I put in $4k just to "fix" it, but ended up selling it as a non working car. The car would overheat and shut off randomly (even while driving). I drove that car like an old lady and was never rough with it. I was always sure to maintain it and keep it clean. Anyone that knows me knows I take very good care of my vehicles. This place will lie straight to your face without any emotions. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
I would've given negative stars but it wasn't an option. I have had a Dodge, Honda, GMC, and Toyota and all are better at customer service than Ford. Horrible experience I hope others are treated differently.
the best car purchase experience I have ever had, Thank you Oscar and Adam Messick for all of your help. 10+ Service Love my new Mustang GT.
